Distance: 8.8 miles or 14 kilometres.

Transport: The car parks in Blaby town centre are ideal for parking your car or use the convenient Arriva 84 or 85 Services from Leicester. More details on transport around the district can be found in the colour panels at the bottom of the webpage.

Route 10 offers a fantastic tour of some of the district's most beautiful villages mixed with walks through idyllic countryside but close to amenities. This includes Blaby's Bouskell Park and Ice House. While you enjoy this pleasant walk, enjoy a bite to eat with various options available, whilst you learn about the surprisingly varied history of Blaby and Whetstone.

The walk uses footpaths, bridleways, permissive paths and some roads. Please respect the landowner’s property and stay on the indicated paths. Please follow the countryside code.
