Route Details:

Distance: 6.5 miles or 10.5 kilometres

Transport: Park at St Michael's Court Car Park in Stoney Stanton, use Arriva X55 services from Leicester, or use the Fox Connect Service. More details on transport around the district can be found in the colour panels at the bottom of the webpage.

This route is perfect for those wanting a relaxed walk with a variation of country views and village streets with plenty of places to stop for refreshments. You'll see the beautiful villages of Stoney Stanton and Croft, the UK's National Diving Centre at Stoney Cove and you'll learn about how these seemingly picturesque countryside villages once had thriving industries.
